COLLECTIONS
I do small batch collections usually once a month. These collections feature one off pieces that are ready-made. No two stones are the same (especially with opals) so each piece is unique and one of a kind.
DO I DO REPAIRS OR RESIZING
I do not offer a repair service for any damaged pieces, whether it be one of my creations or that of another maker. However, if the repair needed is due to a manufacturing fault, please contact me to arrange reimbursement of the repair costs, or a refund (conditions apply).
The sizes of all ready made pieces are final, however there is the opportunity for a slight adjustment to ring sizes, depending on band style. Please reach out if something you have your eye on is not in your size and I can let you know if a small adjustment is possible.
Most of my rings can be resized at your local jeweller at your own cost.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are not available on made to order pieces, unless faulty, so please make sure you are choosing the right size.
Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available on sale items.
Exchanges are only available with faulty pieces, not for simple change of heart. Returns for exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your jewels. The piece must still be in unworn condition, be in original packaging with receipt, come with return mailer to receive your item back.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic safety.
SHIPPING
We ship via Australia Post, with standard parcel or express postage available within Australia. Tracking is available with both options.
International shipping is available. Any fees incurred upon arrival in your country (such as customs fees) are the buyer's responsibility, so please check if your country is likely to charge these fees.
We are not responsible for any lost parcels or damage during transit.
Extra cover is available for domestic and international postage, it can be chosen at checkout.
