Refund policy

~ Refunds and exchanges are not available on made to order pieces (this will be noted in the item description), unless faulty, so please make sure you are choosing the right size.

~ Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available on sale items.

~ Returns for exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your jewels (not available for change of heart). The piece must still be in unworn condition, be in original packaging with receipt, come with return mailer to receive your item back.

~ Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic safety.
